Membership Refunds and Cancelations
All Memberships are non-refundable. Once your 7-day free trial has ended, you will be charged $13.95 every 30 days until you cancel. Once the membership fee is paid, it is not refundable. You can cancel your membership at any time by simply emailing us at Support@SunsetBoutique.com.
Order Cancelations
Yes, you can cancel your order. As long as your order is not processed or shipped, you can cancel your order. Once the order is in the fulfillment process, and our 3PL team is picking or has picked your order, then we cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to: Support@sunsetboutique.com. We will do our best to immediately put your order on hold while trying to resolve the issue and give you the best outcome.
Returns
If you want to return your items, it must be within 30 days of placing your order. All items must be unused, in the original packaging, and sent to your address by our support team. Please note: we do not accept returns on discounted items, collection closeouts, or discontinued items.
Jewelry Replacement Policy
All Jewelry has a hassle-free replacement policy. In the rare occurrence that your item arrives tarnished, you have 30 days to contact us and request a replacement. All replacements are reshipped free of charge.
Jewelry Lifetime Warranty
All of our jewelry has a “lifetime warranty,” entitling you to one free replacement in the event that a piece breaks due to the original item's quality. Jewelry breaking due to regular use and wear is not covered under the lifetime warranty or replacement policy. Please email us if you have any questions, and we will gladly assist you.
